Lawn Maintenance

keep your lawn looking great all-year-round

Spring

Flowers are blooming and trees and bushes are beginning to grow new leaves. It's time for spring clean-up. We recommend raking winter debris and leaves, thatching, aerating, mowing, edging, pruning, and fertilizing.

Summer

The sun is out, the days are long, and backyard barbecues are back in style. It's time to get outside and enjoy your manicured lawn. We recommend fertilizing, pulling and spot treating weeds, mowing, edging, and pruning.

Fall

It's fall, the scent of pumpkin spice is in the air, Halloween decorations are going up, and leaves are raining down. It's our favorite time of year! It's also a great time to thatch, aerate, seed, fertilize, and prepare your lawn for winter.

we know lawn maintenance

Keeping your lawn looking great isn’t rocket science, however, it does take time and attention to detail.  We recommend starting each spring with a soil test, the soil is the foundation on which your lawn is built.  Soil tests are inexpensive and it’s worth the investment to determine whether your soil is acidic or alkaline before you spend money on fertilizer and other soil amendments. There is no better way to  jump-start your lawn than with a

proper mowing and edging. We also highly recommend aerating, thatching, and over-seeding your lawn at least once per year. Lawn aeration helps to dry out wet soils and allows water and fertilizer to penetrate the soil better. Thatching your lawn removes excess and dead vegetation and over-seeding adds new grass to the lawn creating a healthier and fuller appearance.
